Welcome to Wilds and Bombs ("the game", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wilds and Bombs website, mobile app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf. The Service is currently free to play and is not gambling — you cannot win or wager money or anything of monetary value.
To play, you create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of cheating, abuse, or harm to other players.

Match results, scores, and leaderboard standings are recorded by our servers. We may correct, recalculate, or reset stats if we detect cheating, exploits, or technical errors. The game's rules, balance, and modes may change as we improve the Service.
When you generate a lobby invite link, anyone with that link can join your lobby until the link expires or you remove them. Do not share invite links with people you would not want in your lobby. You can remove members from your lobby at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including for maintenance, security, or to address abuse. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Service, including its game design, code, art, and brand, is owned by the Wilds and Bombs team and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of the country in which you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
